Jack’s Representatives
Welcome to the convention! As we gather to learn and connect, please remember that you are a representative of the Jack’s family. We expect all attendees to conduct themselves professionally at all times, treating fellow team members, speakers, and all event staff with courtesy and respect. Thank you for helping us make this a positive and productive event for everyone.
Dress Code for Events
All events are business casual unless noted below:
Wednesday Events
Wear your best 80s attire (Todd’s Opening General Session, Expo and After Party)
OPS Challenges
Show off your team spirit with matching gear:
- Matching or custom shirts with your team name
- Fun accessories like socks, headbands, hats, sunglasses
Dress smart: many challenges will be outdoors on the deck and beach.
- Some challenges will involve water, so please dress and prepare accordingly. There is a possibility of hair getting wet.
- Each participant must bring a clean pair of socks with them! One challenge will require you to change into a clean pair of socks prior to the challenge.
- Athletic wear, shorts, t-shirts, tennis skirts, tennis shoes, hats, and sunglasses are all appropriate.
🚫 Please no bathing suits or white t-shirts.
GALA
Formal Attire Will have a Best Dressed Contest — one Best Dressed Man & one Best Dressed Woman will be recognized
Mileage Reimbursement
Any manager who drove should complete a mileage reimbursement form. These should be submitted to and approved by your Area Supervisor.
Labor Credit
Labor Credits will be automatically submitted. Any store who had a manager in attendance will receive 40 total credit hours for week ending 11/11.
Hours
GMs (or approved 1st Assistants) and HIPO Assistant Managers who attended the Convention, should do a time clock adjustment for their hours as follows: 10 hours Wednesday, 10 hours Thursday, 10 hours Friday, and 10 hours Saturday (40 total hours). These hours must be entered at the store level, they will not be automatically entered.
