1 PM Registration

Check in to the hotel then come get registered for the convention! Get your registration packet and all the info you’ll need to make the most of your time here!

The Swag Store will be set up at Registration where you can pick up any pre-purchased items.

Area Supervisors will receive a personal tour showing where their Expo Breakouts are located.

4 PM Opening Session *

Join us in the Main Hall as we open the 2025 Convention in style! Be sure to dress in your best 80s gear!

CEO Todd Bartmess will be celebrating many of the barriers broken through the years.

5 PM Vendor Expo *

Meet our partners and see what’s new! Win fabulous prizes and have a great time!.

Area Supervisors – pick up your team’s Expo bags. If your Expo begins with a Breakout Session – pick them up there. If you begin on the Expo floor, pick them up near the Registration station.

Spouses are invited to tour the Expo floor but the Breakout Sessions are for Jack’s Teams only please.

7:30 PM After Party *

We’ll see you on the deck for the party of the decade. The 80s, that is! Grab some dinner and a tasty beverage and get ready to belt out your favorite hits with Karaoke as well as fun and games all night!

8 AM General Session

Get the day started off right in the Main Hall. Hear Trackhouse Racing’s CKO, Shaun Peet reflect on what creates a “12-Second Culture.”

Next, COO Dana Taylor and VP OPS Steve Lisner will Level Up our players for what awaits in 2026!

10:30 AM OPS Challenge

Compete with your team and dominate the day’s event! Can you Level Up all the way to the top?

BE SURE to check your nametag to see where your Area begins its assault on the leaderboard.

Meet Trackhouse Racing’s CKO Shaun Peet and get your book signed near the OPS Challenge Scoreboard located inside.

After you complete your challenges, join us on the deck for lunch. Lunch begins at 12 PM.

Meet inside at the OPS Challenge Scoreboard at 1:30 PM for the raffle and prizes!

3:30 PM Free Time and Dinner with your Area Supervisor and Team

Relax and recover from the OPS Challenge then join your team for dinner on the town! Check with your Area Supervisor for details.

8 AM Workshop 1

Time to Level Up your knowledge. Learn all about our Next Level Leadership program feat. Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and how you can utilize them to Level Up your entire team!

Ask yourself – how many plates are you spinning just to keep up?

9:15 AM Workshop 2

Now let’s Level Up what you just learned by digging into the first two AORs. We’ll tackle the specifics of our new plan to Level Up your teams.

10:45 AM Community Service

Jack’s is partnering with The United Way: Emerald Coast to support our Veterans and Active Military. We’ve planned a variety of activities all designed to show appreciation for these brave men and women. You’ll write letters, make paracord keychains, create care packages and hear inspirational stories from some who have served.

2:45 PM Workshop 2, Continued

We’ll look at three tools designed to help you achieve Next Level Leadership in your stores. Can you turn your vision into a reality? We’ll find out together.

4 PM Free Time

Prepare yourself for the Gala Dinner. Level Up that sparkle and shine.

6:30 PM Gala Dinner *

Awards will be given for Best Dressed Man and Best Dressed Woman!

Don’t forget your designated meal ticket found in your registration packet.

Family Trees and the Jack’s Family Fund will celebrate with honors in the Main Hall following dinner.
